Yes — every product is delivered digitally. After your payment is confirmed, you'll get immediate access to download your files. No waiting, no shipping.

It depends on the product. Templates are delivered as Canva links or Notion templates. Planners and ebooks come as PDF files. The TikTok Caption Pack is a PDF with copy-paste captions. Each product page lists the format details.

After checkout, you'll land on a confirmation page with your download link. You'll also receive an email with your access details. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or contact us at team@digiverse.madethis.app.

Most products work with free tools. Canva templates require a free Canva account. Notion templates require a free Notion account. PDFs open in any browser or free PDF reader. We don't use any paid software.

Yes. Once you download your files, you can use them on any device you own.

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, which uses bank-level encryption. We never see or store your card information.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally don't offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if something is wrong with your file or you had a technical issue, reach out to team@digiverse.madethis.app and we'll make it right.
